Jenny's Journey

Before

As a busy small business owner and single mum, Jenny knew she needed a functioning home office, but her existing space was a source of stress.

Her biggest challenge? Everything felt important, so she kept it all - which lead to an overwhelming accumulation of paper clutter.

Like many people, she had tried to organise over the years, but nothing seemed to stick. She had even invested in traditional organising tools such as filing cabinets, hoping for a win, only to find these systems were cumbersome and impractical to use.

We quickly realised the traditional tools weren't the right solution for her non-stop lifestyle. She needed to find something that works with her natural disposition.

Working closely with Jenny, we took a deep dive, sorting through every single piece of paper. We distinguished what was truly important and created a personalised set of rules, which helped determine what to keep, and what to throw.

We sorted using macro categories which are easier to manage and designed for her everyday needs.

Jenny's goal was a home office where she could feel calm, in control, and focused.

The result? Jenny now has an easy-to-maintain space where she can complete all her sorting and filing in only minutes each week.

She has a focused space where she can stay on top of her current business, is already planning her next venture, and can simply sit and concentrate on her success.

Andrée's Journey

Andrée is a busy optometrist who recently transitioned into life as an empty nester after her son left for university. Like many working parents, she had grown accustomed to the gradual accumulation of clutter over the years.

Her goal is exciting; transforming her home into a beautiful Air-BnB to create space for her new passion - traveling.

To prepare her home for this next chapter, we focused first on addressing the smaller, daily frustrations she has been living with.

We discussed her longer-term vision and found solutions for the items she still wants to keep, but which wont be able to stay in her home when it is operating as an Air-BnB.

Finally, we implemented effective methods, based on Dana K. White's "Decluttering at the speed of life", to establish new sustainable habits which will be ongoing for her journey.

The result? Andrée now has a strong, workable foundation for maintaining her space and has already experienced significant improvements with simple, daily tasks, paving the way for her travel and hosting dreams.

Lauren met me right where I was - in clutter and overwhelm. Her calm, structured programme helped me make decisions I had been stuck on - to let go of what I no longer needed and arrange what I had in ways I hadn't considered. Working zone by zone opened new possibilities for how my home could flow, and now even opening a kitchen drawer is a joy - everything visible, no more juggling mismatched lids or unused utensils - eliminating a daily frustration I had grown used to . I feel I have a home I enjoy living in again. Thankyou Lauren!

Leah's Journey

Before

Leah is a new client who has just started her transformation journey. She lives in a charming 1926 apartment, but her kitchen feels dated and old. With a poorly designed layout, she feels embarrassed by the space and has stopped inviting friends and family over.

She doesn't want the high cost of a full renovation; she just wants her kitchen to feel comfortable and properly functional again.

We decided to take Leah's transformation journey slowly, and only tackle small zones within the kitchen at a time. We have started with the most visible area: a primary workspace which consists of a freestanding cabinet, open shelving, and a large, deep pantry.

So far, our initial decluttering session was a huge success, shedding over 30% of items! This immediate reduction has provided much-needed breathing space for her daily meal prep.

We have extended her week-2 phase, allowing Leah time to plan and coordinate with a handyman for structural adjustments.

We can't wait to share the final results of this inspiring, budget-friendly kitchen makeover!

Lauren was so easy to work with, and she has a solution for everything. I was amazed with how much we removed during our first decluttering session, from 2 full garbage bags, to an over-flowing donation box.
The time-will-tell box is genius. There were a few items that were difficult to let go of, even though I know deep down I don't need them (or use them) anymore. But I just cant throw them out yet. Having a space where I can still keep them means a lot to me.
